Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges:

 

1. Return Policy:

   - We want you to love your Lunar Love purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within  2 days of receiving your order.

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.

   - Items must be returned in unused condition with original tags attached for eligible returns. Certain conditions may apply.

 

2. Exchange Policy:

   - We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

   - To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and desired exchange item.

 

3. Return Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

   - Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage for your records.
